Northshore Detox and Wellness is a focused elective-treatment clinic specializing in physician-guided NAD therapy, ketamine therapy for treatment-resistant depression, and ambulatory medical detox.
Many of our patients come to us already knowing which therapy they want to explore. We begin by listening, reviewing your health history, and determining whether the treatment is clinically appropriate.

Dr. Richard Eduardo Repass, MD, is a psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialist with extensive experience in telepsychiatry, private practice leadership, behavioral health administration, and integrative treatment approaches. He is the owner and chief of Infinity NAD PLLC, providing telepsychiatry consultation to patients in Washington, Utah, Minnesota, Kentucky, and New York.
Dr. Repass completed residency training in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry at the University of Louisville School of Medicine after earning his medical degree from the American University of Integrative Sciences. His career has included leadership roles as Chief Medical Officer at Comprehensive Healthcare, Physician-CMO at Seattle NAD PLLC, and Assistant Medical Director at Schick Shadel Hospital.
His clinical interests include PTSD, ADHD, substance use disorders, detoxification, delirium, psychedelic therapy, lifestyle medicine, and holistic or alternative approaches to mental health care. He is particularly passionate about incorporating principles of Lifestyle Medicine into Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine, supporting individualized, whole-person care that addresses mental health, substance use, physical health, sleep, nutrition, activity, stress, and meaningful connection.
In Washington, Dr. Repass also provides elective NAD+ and ketamine services through a partnership with Northshore Detox and Wellness in Bothell. He has authored work on chemical aversion therapy for alcohol use disorder and pharmacologic mechanisms in bipolar illness. Dr. Repass is committed to individualized, evidence-informed psychiatric care that integrates conventional treatment with attention to each patient’s broader health and recovery goals.
